Rules and Regulations  

 Note:  Rules are subject to change at any time.

Our Council

-Our club consists of a 4 council members.  Their job is to keep the club running, take care of any problems, and inform all members of upcoming events or gatherings.

-Their position doesn't mean that they have any more say then anyone else in the club, or that they are more important!!!!

-Although the council's job is to communicate with the club, everyone most do their part too.

-Only members can hold an office.

-As of now the 4 member council is: Mike Baronski (President), Jesse Conway (Vice President/Web Design), Jeff Cirba (Sergeant at Arms) and Dom Lorenzetti (Memberships).

Meetings & Dues

-Our Meetings will be the first and third Thursday of every month.

-75% of the members must be present to:

        -vote in new members

        -change or add a rule

        -vote a member out of the club

-Meetings must be attended by all members.  This is the time for everyone to speak their opinion.

-We will use this time to vote in new members, and discuss upcoming events.

Logos

-Logos can only be changed in color and size. However, the Logo could be changed with a vote from every member in the club.

-They must be displayed somewhere on the vehicle or in show display. Preferably on the vehicle, this shows your support.

-No logo is to be displayed, until the vehicle meets the clubs standards and is voted on by the club.

Modifications

-The vehicle will be judged on by the entire club to insure that the vehicle is up to the set standards.

-The vehicle can not be straight from the factory.  Modifications must be made that are "noticeable".  Such as, Rims, Suspension, Ground Effects and so on.

Other Rules

-Keep the peace between ALL other clubs. We are a new club, we don't need a bad name, so stay in line around other clubs. Be respectful even if they trash us.

-No drinking at club functions like a show or cruise.

-No burnouts in the wrong place at the wrong time. Use your heads.

-A phone list and a set of rules will be given to every member and new members as they join.

-These rules apply to everyone.

-Rules and dates are subject to change.

-Joking around and having fun is a requirement to be in this club, but know when it should and shouldn't be done.
